- Provide your order number and photo evidence if applicable.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
3. Delivery Policy
- Orders must be placed a day in advance for guaranteed availability.
- Delivery hours are 8am–6pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Delivery fees depend on your location and will be displayed before checkout.
- If you miss your delivery or provide an incorrect address, a redelivery charge may apply.
